Our Mission
Ark Media College Dreamers is committed to providing free, high-quality media education and training for girls, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy. We champion diversity, inclusivity, and equity by ensuring that every girl, regardless of background or circumstance, has equal access to media education. Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and advocacy, we aim to bridge the gender gap in media, empower girls to tell their own stories and contribute to a more inclusive and representative media landscape.
Why Focus on Girls?
A baseline study conducted in these regions revealed significant gender disparities in access to media training, emphasizing the need to focus specifically on Girl Child Media Education.
This strategic shift aligns with key global and regional development frameworks, including:
-
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): 4, 5, 10, and 16
-
African Union Agenda 2063: Aspirations 1, 6, and 7

Our Impact Approach
By prioritizing inclusivity, equity, and digital literacy, the organization seeks to bridge the gender gap in media and empower girls with the skills needed to shape narratives and participate meaningfully in the media industry.

Ark Media College Dreamers remains committed to building social cohesion and fostering media literacy among young girls. Through mentorship, storytelling, and digital training, we aim to amplify their voices, challenge stereotypes, and drive meaningful social change in Ghana and beyond.
